Hi guys, ive created a package and set up a site using it in the admin, when created the customer asked for 1 email address, he now wants 2, i have changed it in admin under packages but this only affects packages created from now on, how do change this for existing sites where the package originally only had one email included. i get you have reached the max number of allocated emails if i try under the customer admin to setup a second one.
 
Hi, thanks for the link... unfortunately it didnt shine any lite on the issue, when logged into admin as reseller and going to user list the nclicking on user the info comes up... user has the email info@ but when going to admin for the domain the email adress shows simon@ and not info, i cant change it under reseller, nor can add it as the system says the pack has only one email. i just get cannot create email as max is already in use or if i try to change it i get cannot change defaault user email.
 
1. Login as admin
2. Click "show all users"
3. Click on the username you want to edit
4. Click modify user
5. Change the settings you want and save
