my web don't work...what happened?
I can log in on the link...but not on the server..
 
You should provide details of what you call "web don't work".
Any errors you see there, post here either as test or screenshots, as well as step-by-step what you do to get the error.
 
When I try to access my web

Oops! Google Chrome could not find .....

I can log in only on the root...so maybe they make some updates on the server?
 
Still scratching my head reading this for a second time.
What does "my web" mean?
Connection? DirectAdmin? Websites? What.

I have problems with the website..I can't open..
 
You should start giving us more information example:

1 - what is your website?
2 - is it your server or is a hosting?
