Hello directadmin

I have been emailing billing , sales and support multiple times (for 6 months) requesting invoices for the purchases i make.. i did this from serveral domains without any response! even on the email domain i do recieve messages on when i add another license why i pay this license..

this is my last resort to get some sort of feedback

please contact me in the forum as i can then give you my customer number!

i used the safesubmit form hopefully i will get some response soon..
 
but still no reply..? i have no clue what is going on.

i can order licenses and when i have a question about the activation i get a responce from sales / mark that they are activated.. (i must assume an automatic response) but when i ask about an invoice or any other question i get no responce at all.. it is not that i have 1 license.. i have like 35+ .. does anyone even get a proper invoice in their e-mail?

yes finaly i got the invoice from directadmin. ;)
i hope i will get them in the future after each purchase.
i think it should be integrated into the client section, makes it a lot better.

for europeans we can deduct the investments from tax etc, etc.. thats why i was so nagging for invoices.
