PHP-FPM can execute other user php files?

I have two php by php-fpm:

php2_release=5.5
php1_mode=php-fpm
php2_mode=php-fpm

i check and usera can execute userb php file - I suppose it's not right?

How did you check it? How can one user run another user's php scripts?

Did you enable secure_access_group?
