Licence Issue

Hello.

I'm posting here mostly out of despereation.

I can't login to my account to access my licece that I purchased.

Whenever I try the login screen just refreshes.

I can't get a reply from any of the support emails. I'm to the point where I am going to have paypal pull back the $299 payment.

So is there any way to get in contact with the DA team? I want to use teh software and already payed for it. I just can't get to my licence.

If it helps I am useing the provided user name and password, with different browsers on different computers from different IP addresses and am getting the same issue.

I hope either a DA team member or someone who can help me sees this.

BTW I can't find a contact phone number even though the site says there is one, and the live chat is always down.

Hoping for the best.

Just tried submitting there. Hopefully I get some sort of response.
 
Got a response via that form. Thanks a ton. Now off to use the great software product.
 
Is it your account at DirectAdmin that you can't access? Or the admin account on your own server after you've installed DirectAdmin?

Are you sure you're not accessing the 'net through a proxy that gives you a different IP# each time you send packets? If so, it's hard to keep a session running, and you'll get the symptoms you describe.
