Ok. The ips.conf file is interfering with my SSL certs so I have the virtualhost in there commented out and everything works fine that way. However, I added some IPs to the machine and guess what Kaboom! it was completely rewritten.
I have looked all over the place and I can not find the ips.conf template. Is this one not written with a template?
