error while loading shared libraries

My problem is directadmin is not start
After restart , show this error :
Starting DirectAdmin: /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.6: cannot open shared object f
ile: No such file or directory

Is this a new installation? If yes, does your OS match your license?
