Our websites are down

Hello,

What could be wrong when all of our websites hosted on the same server are down? What could be the possible errors on our server?

You don't give us enough information.

You've not told us if you get any error messages, or if you can reach the server at all.

And you've not told us any domain name or IP# so we can check for ourselves.

It could be anything from a firewall rule, httpd not running, all the way to catastrophic system failure.

It was so stupid of me not to think and post about those important info. Yes, I agree to you, they are very important to help the other members to help me figure out and solve the problem.

On the other hand, our webhost support already replied and they said "the server was down due to server overload".
