Does the support work? We are unable to receive an answer since the 28th. Our issue concerning buying a license is being solved during 1.5 weeks

We do respond to everything.
If you don't get a response within 24 hours, please try sending from a different email, in case you're somehow blocked, or perhaps our replies to your are being blocked on your end.
As Jeff mentioned, you can use the safesubmit.php form.

I've removed the link because I can't tell what you get to when you click on that page.

What is that? Is it an image of an error you get? Is it the place you've bought DirectAdmin?

Or else what specifically is it?

seems to be a chat or some communications with support (and its a picture), still clear as mud on whats going on
support is asking if this license was paid, dont see a ......(rest blank)
then the member asking "Why you not answer to out ticket?? When you activate license http.take........"
everyone here knows how easy the system works for legit licenses :p
 
As far as I know, DirectAdmin doesn't use any kind of chat program.

My real question is: Is it okay to click on the link? Does it appear to be safe?
