Install OpenX and make settings

I need a expert in DirectAdmin, CentOS and OpenX/Revive to help me doing a fresh install, and configure 2 banner exchange accounts in OpenX/Revive and generate the code on our dedicated server.

After that is done I need more help with OpenX/Revive setups.
