Change / view Welcome message

Hello;

Under the reseller tab, how do I change / view the welcome message that is sent to each new user.

Goto the the 'Add New User Account' page. On the bottom of the page next to the checkbox on whether to send the welcom email or not is a link to edit the template. Once clicked a new window will open available for editing.
