Apache Crashes after every new account creation

I'm running 5.2.1 and I've noticed and wanted to confirm this after a little bit of testing out but Apache seems to crash each time I add a new user to DA. Any information on what can help fix this problem up?

You could start with giving some information about the error /var/log/messages should show something as wel as some of the files in /var/log/httpd/

Do you mean a crash crash, where apache goes down and doesn't come back, or where apache restarts so there is a short period of downtime?

Either way apache must be restarted to read the updated config file with the new users virtualhost settings.

No apache crashes and I have to manually start it up each time.

Looks pretty clear that this is a problem with the frontpage support in apache. Try recompiling/reinstalling apache.
