problem with nginx+apache and ioncube loader

hello
when as update cb2 to last ver (1283) our host not work with ioncube and whmcs script not work and only show code in the browser.
i use nginx+apache with ioncube 2.7.5 in my server.
I've tested to investigate further on another server and the new server had the same problem.
Is it a problem in this version is approved?

and WHMCS is working fine. NGINX is used in a standalone mode with PHP-FPM.

What PHP version are you using?

i know whmcs with nginx is correctly and work it , my problem is nginx+apache and ioncube after last update cb2.
i use nginx+apache with all ver of php and fastcgi and suphp but whmcs not work.
