Dnsreport.com Missing nameservers?

When I do a query with dnsreport.com I get the following failure..
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
dns1.wpdflorida.com.
dns2.wpdflorida.com.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

could this "failure" cause problems with certain ISP's ,

oahunaturetours.com has been setup using DA and appears to be resolving correctly to everyone BUT the owner of the site.

he is using Hawaii Road Runner (cable) as his ISP and since moving to the dedicated box has had nothing but trouble...
one day he can access the site the next day the site is missing

Each time he has problems I do a check and the site is working
I can access the site using a different ISP

I remember reading a post or article (somewhere?) about some cable companyies having problems with DA but I can't find the post again?

2.. why is dnsreport.com showing the above "failure"
dns1.wpdflorida.com dns2.wpflorida.com

When the box was setup by my hosting company they set it up using:
ns1.wpfflorida.com (Not "dns1")
ns2.wpdflorida.com (Not "dns2")

each site that I setup on the dedicated box has the same "failure"
but none of them are reporting any ongoing problems

Looks like your recently changed your DNS servers at your register so wait 48hrs before the changes take place entirely.

Right now your site is getting DNS queries from DNS1.WPDFLORIDA.COM

Yet your registration says
Code: 
   Domain servers in listed order:

   NS1.WPDFLORIDA.COM           69.46.28.30
   NS2.WPDFLORIDA.COM           69.46.28.30

If you changed your dns servers from DNS1.WPDFLORIDA.COM to NS1.WPDFLORIDA.COM and NS2.WPDFLORIDA.COM then it should work out fine.
 
The dns info has always been ns1.wpdflorida.com and ns2.wpdflorida.com
The hosting company gave me these nameservers to use and I registered the nameservers with my domain name registration comapany... (many months ago)

why is dnsreport.com asking for dns1.wpdflorida.com in the "failure" message when I do a query on any of the domains

Digging for oahunaturetours.com at any of the gtld-servers.net nameservers returns dns1.wpdflorida.com and dns2.wpdflorida.com as your nameservers.

The whois record says ns1.wpdflorida.com and ns2.wpdflorida.com.

So the error is with the domain registrar for wpdflorida.com,

who somehow managed to screw up the nameservers; the same nameservers should be listed in both whois and at the gtld-servers.net nameservers.

I'd suggest getting in touch with your domain registrar for wpdflorida.com, as there really isn't any other way to get the problem resolved.

As jlasman said you should contact your domain register (NETSOL) and have them change it to ns1.WPDFLORIDA.COM and ns2.WPDFLORIDA.COM rather dns1.WPDFLORIDA.COM and dns2.WPDFLORIDA.COM
