FIXED: updated DA stopped; won't start

Fixed by John early this evening. The sytem was running WBEL 3, but DA was attempting to run RHL7.3 version. I'm not sure how this happened; though we updated to this machine (using sysbck) from a 7.3 machine, that was months ago and I'm not sure how it could have, after all these months, decided to go back and get a 7.3 update.
This morning we received emails from two servers:
But one has shut down and won't restart.
The directadmin logs indicate the IP# has changed, but no IP# change has occurred.
These are both purchased IP#s; so expiration isn't the issue.
Any else see similar issues?
