I assigned an ip to a reseller, then from the reseller account set the ip to shared. The problem now is users cannot access there files from http://SHAREDIPADDRESS/~username. It works fine if I try and access it from the servers ip. Also, once the domain resolve to the shared ip they work fine.
So is there anyway I can change this?
