directadmin with postgres

hi any one using postgres with directadmin. i am planning to move to dadmin from cpanel for my new servers nedd to know if there is compatibility.

You can install it and run it on your server, but it would not be managed by DirectAdmin. It would not be monitored to make sure it was online and you would have to install your own manager (like phpmyadmin). Basically it would not be integrated with Directadmin and its database limit settings etc. Maybe a plugin could be made though.

Did anyone do this? Run postgres on a DA box?

I need it now for SQL Ledger (www.sql-ledger.com) - and postgres seem to be good to have anyway.

As long as I can manage it with phpMyAdmin, I don't see how this can be hard to run, as long as it doesn't mess up anything on the DA box.

Please let me know - anyone who runs this successfully.

phpMyAdmin only works for MySQL servers. I don't know of any similar well performing managers for postgres.

phpPgAdmin will do the same fancy tricks as phpMyAdmin
