Is it possible that if a user creates a POP3 account that directadmin sends a welcome email to that new POP3 account.?

Yes we *could*.. but.. if contains the login information, they might be waiting a while to receive the login information to the account that got the email ... (chicken or the egg)

If you're just refering to a basic welcome message, we'll add it to the list for future consideration.

That can be done.. we'll look into adding it. (We have many things on our plate at the momment)
