No service works

Hi,
I just installed DirectAdmin.
This is the second time for me to install DA.
No service starts except sshd and DirectAdmin.
So what's wrong with that?

Also I have noticed Apache 2.0.47 is installed.
Does DirectAdmin install Apache 2.0.47?
I'm not sure where Apache 2.0.47 comes from.
Could someone help me?
The OS is Fedora 1.
