Mysql can't work

Neither of those applications are updated with customapache ;)
Have you tried restarting the server or services? What do the error logs say is the the problem.
What operating system and version are you running may also be helpful.

I already restart the services and reboot the server. But it also can't run.
The OS is FreeBSD 4.8.

In order to get a good answer you will need to provide more information as well as attempt some aspects of the troubleshooting process yourself. For example what do the error logs say?
What are the specifics? When you attempt to start a service what happens? any error messages? etc.

Upgrading to FreeBSD 4.10 via cvsup wouldn't hurt either.
