Problem with a domain

i am a reseller and i bought a domain for one of my
clients. the probrlem is that the domain only works when you
write in the address bar
http://domain.net

but not when you write it like
http://www.domain.net
or
www.domain.net

plz help me as soon as possible

It's easier if you could post the domain name but maybe difficult if it's a client!!

Have you tried www.dnsreport.com ?

Knowing the domain name isn't really necessary

• Hello MDspace.
  
  Unless you are providing your own Nameservers, this problem has nothing to do with DA.
  
  Contact whoever is providing the DNS for your domain and request "www." to be mapped correctly onto your root name.
  
  Once this has been done, it will take a few hours to become effective.
