Russian skins

Can anyone see the russian language reply in russian?

I can't, but I can see the website in russian.

Jeff

Jeff, it is such russian idiocy, and it only rusian understand.

the person has asked, to it have answered, that can find that search on a site on which that it searches for that is not present.

I do not know, you will understand whether or not, but here and so it turns out :D

Thanks for your reply.

I was only curious as to why I couldn't see russian characters on the DA forum but could on the website.

I use Mozilla, and generallly I see all websites in their proper language.

Perhaps the vBulletin forum has to be fixed in some way to allow Russian input.

Jeff

I use IE and russian letters I see normally.
What coding at you at viewing page? Should be cyrillics windows

Windows?

Do you mean MS-Windows?

I use X-Windows for RHL9, and the KDE desktop.

And Mozilla 1.2.1.

And normally it does show cyrillic (in fact all other languages) in websites.

I'm guessing it needs the html to show the code page info, and I'm sure vBulletin doesn't.

Thanks for helping me track this down.

Jeff

I haven't tried looking at this thread via linux yet, but in Firefox on windows the cyrillic is not visible.
The apache config for this server is not pushing out any character set, so maybe that is part of the problem.

I'd bet that is the problem, blacknight. I'd further bet it's because the forum software is set to English.

I just tested it in IE on windows.
As I don't have Cyrillic installed it's not showing ...
