Reseller still getting emails at OLD address

We had a reseller who had us change his email address for his account.

But he's still getting email notifications from DA for his clients overages, etc at the OLD address.

I've been through the CP and everything else, but can't find why.

Any thoughts?
 
ask your reseller go to Message System and change "Email a copy of all messages to" at the bottom of the page,
