I have a working DirectAdmin server with 1 ISP, and I need to change to another provider. Since both are dedicated servers, I'm not able to just physically move the server from one provider to the other, so I'll need to transfer the data from provider 1 to provider 2.
What is the quickest, smartest, and best way to accomplish this with as little downtime and as little data loss as possible ?
