Comodo Cert not trusted?

I purchased and installed a comodo cert. I also installed the root cert within DA under a user account.

All seems fine with the cert except I get a popup that says that the cert is not from a trusted authority.

I thought installing the root cert and restarting Apache would fix this but it did not.

Any help would be appreciated.

The root cert has to be installed for the same domain as the cert.

From your post I'm not sure if that's what you did or not.

"a user account" doesn't necessarily mean "the correct user account" to me.

Please clarify.

Yes, I installed it in the same user account and same domain.

Not sure if it matters but this is the first cert I installed on the server. There is no shared server cert in place yet. This cert is not meant to be shared, it's only meant for the domain it was purchased for.

Shouldn't matter.

If Comodo is still delivering two CA certs you may have installed the wrong one.
