Reseller NameServer Problem

hello,
i installed the nameservers.. and when i try to modify domain nameserver (at godaddy.com) it tell me error
i have reseller access... when i put the Admin nameservers it work ..
nameserver : ns1.underhost.net
ns2.underhost.net
please help

It takes more than just setting up nameservers on your reseller account to make them work. They must be properly registered.

Your nameservers are set up at these IP#s:

212.199.38.103
212.199.38.104

But they're not listed in the root servers. The root servers show that these nameservers:

ns1.whzone.com 212.199.38.82
ns2.whzone.com 212.199.38.81

are authoritative for them.

You need to properly register these nameservers. How to do that at GoDaddy is not intuitive; I end up calling their excellent tech support each time I need to make a change at GoDaddy.

I'd suggest you give them a call, tell them the error message, and let them walk you through the fix.
