DirectAdmin Support Administrator Staff member Joined Feb 27, 2003 Messages 9,158 Oct 6, 2003 #2 Hello, The user password file is located at: /etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd Make sure it exists and is readable by "mail". webmail is only a set of php script used to interface through pop3 to access their account.
