hi all,

i wanted to change the default index.html which a newly created domain gets (and add default error_docs to their public_html dir)

i tried to change the following dirs:

/home/reseller/domains/default
/usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/default
/etc/skel

but neither of those have any effect

i'm using a freebsd 5.2.1 system.

is there anything strange going on at my server?

regards,
dennis

Replacing in the index files in /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/default
will work for the index files but not the error documents. For those, you would have to create a custom script to move them to the proper location. Probably using the post_domain.sh script, or something near that.

ok, thanks for that, i'll alter the post_domain_create.sh

but i tried to change the /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/default/index.html
and
/home/reseller/domains/default/index.html

but neither of them causes anything to change when i create a new domain.

greets
