Account transfer

Hi Guys.

I have trobles to transfer an account from one server to another. The both servers use DirectAdmin. I created backup and tried to resotre the account on the new server but without any luck. Probably I did something wrong. Could some provide me exact steps how to move accounts between the servers with Direct Admin ? My first server uses 1.23.0 the second uses 1.23.2

Here is the error what I get when tried to restore the account from backup:
Unable to exact backup/user.conf from /home/admin/user_backups/info.tar.gz : Error while extracting backup/user.conf to /home/admin/user_backups/info as admin :

Cannot read /home/admin/user_backups/info/backup/user.conf : Unable to open /home/admin/user_backups/info/backup/user.conf for reading.

Does the /home/admin/user_backups/info/backup/user.conf actually exist, and does everything in it look right?

You might try making the backup and restoring again. It is possible there were changes between the two versions, but I don't know what exactly changed, if anything...

If all else fails, you can probably recreate the account manually.
