Unknown error

Hi,

I got this error in messages:

Feb 19 00:34:06 xerionhosting httpd: httpd shutdown failed
Feb 19 00:34:21 xerionhosting httpd: httpd startup succeeded

Why does directadmin do this ?
And does anyone now how i can stop this?

In the error log about that time:
