admin user not setup for email?

Had 3 reports so far of this, domain is setup, everything seems fine except the [email protected] email won't go, I do an exim -bv [email protected] and it doesn't verify as a valid email, I fixed this by going into the catch-all and pointing catch-all at the user and saving, then the email verifies as being good and all is well.
 
Hard to say with current information, but make sure that your hostname isn't also a domain on the server. If it is, then all system email will end up in the hostname's catch-all.

What happens is [email protected] won't get email, however adminuser@servername or @localhost WILL get email fine, when we check the adminuser isn't listed in the exim alias file alongside the added users, we fixed it the first time by just manually adding him, but on another domain I fixed it by simply editing the catch-all and that somehow added adminuser into the aliases correctly.
