24 hours later now.
Still no response at all from direct admin.
I cannot login the client section, because the license was purchased by our previous provider.

But as I said, Mark from DA already mailed me the correct UID LID to renew the Licenese for our new IP adress.

I emailed them directly that this was not working.

And now more than 48 hours later I still heard nothing.

And we are not talking about some computergame here, but 2 live servers with my precious customers on it.

I cannot believe that I am getting no help at this moment.
 
One thing you should now about DA and other things. Nothing seems as it should be. Definitly with DA. They show a lot of communication possibility's but they don't work. And I know in times where speed is of the essence your probably gonna find this out (as you unfortunatly did).
 
Yes, I had some licensing issues and they answered in <2 hours but if you ask them about a new feature, it will take longer.
