Now it also happened on a Wednesday morning - the other two times has been Sunday nights/Monday mornings.

I'm not sure if it has something to do with it, but I have loads of these in my httpd log:
[Mon Apr 18 00:17:03 2005] [warn] child process 23305 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM [Mon Apr 18 00:17:03 2005] [warn] child process 23306 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM

and these:

[Wed Apr 20 00:18:09 2005] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 8090 [Wed Apr 20 10:32:24 2005] [warn] module perl_module is already loaded, skipping [Wed Apr 20 10:32:24 2005] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 8090 [Wed Apr 20 10:32:48 2005] [warn] module perl_module is already loaded, skipping [Wed Apr 20 10:32:48 2005] [notice] Apache/1.3.33 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.8.22 OpenSSL/0.9.7a PHP/4.3.10 mod_perl/1.29 FrontPa$[Wed Apr 20 10:32:48 2005] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec) [Wed Apr 20 10:32:48 2005] [notice] Accept mutex: sysvsem (Default: sysvsem)

Both around the time Apache kills itself.
