Search for a thread named "customapache" which maintains most of what you have posted as well.
Check the version updates forum and everywhere else (search functions) for any other applications that aren't handled by customapache.

btw - You should probably remove procmail as it might conflict with exim which is the MTA of choice for DirectAdmin (unless that was on purpose)
