How i can create email adresses using php in 1 hosting account??

For example, http://www.yourfreemail.com and users can create emails free.

You can use DirectAdmin's API.
Documentation:

"CMD_API_POP" is the one you'll probably want.

I don't think you can change that through the API. Either set it when your first create it or edit the necassary file(s) directly.
