hi,

one of my friends has some problems with making email accounts on his windows server as they make him pay for each account. as we work together he has pointed his mx records at my mail server(mail.myprimarydomain.com). I have created him an account with his domain (domain.com), but as he has only pointed his mx records at me what else needs doing? if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated

As the mx records point to your system and you have set up an account for your friend then the email side of things should be fine. Just set up the mail accounts or forwarders using the user level control panel as with any other account.
The only problem I can see is that your server thinks it is the home of his domain when it is not (when it comes to http traffic and the like).
As long as no one (including you) is using your server's DNS servers for http traffic then I can't see a problem.

The DNS issue is easily solved by putting the Windows server IP#(s) into the local DNS.

Or by just deleting the entire DNS zone.
