Option for the server to send duplicate welcome msg.

I'd like to suggest an admin/reseller/user option that allows a "click" to re-send the welcome message to the user ... I realize the admin gets a copy, but there's lots of times when it would help the user to be able to regenerate another copy of the welcome mail themselves, or an option for their reseller.

Just a thought.

This has been suggested many times before and thus I'm sure it's on the TODO list, or it better be if it's not
