I've been on the hunt to find a ticket system that just plain works and is inexpensive before I resort to writing my own.
I'm interested in knowing what ticket system you use, pros cons, do you cherish or regret your decision etc.
I'd like to hear your comments whether or not the system you are using is in the poll :)

Currently, I have gone through so many systems that I have probably spent more time looking that would have been required to just write my own.
I am ticketless at the moment needless to say.

thanks for the list as I am looking to implement a proper ticket system, currently using directadmin but it has a major drawback been that it isnt centralised so if have multiple servers will have tickets on the server user is on.

I just installed cerberus (free) and must say it is quite advanced. Almost more than you need for small operations.

I installed auracle again to give it another try, but still couldn't get over the java requirment. A lot of bugs intermixed with my disklike of java creates a very bad mix.
