Ok,
For my company I have recently setup an account and created the gameserver files in their hosting space to limit their space usage.

However as these folders are created by "root" they are not account for in the users disk space ?? Any ideas how to fix this?

in ssh, navigate to the user directory, /home/username/domains/domain.com/public_html

then

chown -R username.username *

You're all set.

I did that and all the files are now UID and GID to their user however it still only reports about 5.94 megs rather than including the gameserver files that are about 800megs

Any ideas? I've even tried renaming the folder twice.

Might need to run a repquota to get the quotas lined up - or just wait till morning - it'll adjust overnight.

how do you run a rep quota

edit: I know how to run it in ssh however for the directadmin to update?
