I needed to switch a person from a user to a reseller. So I heard good things about this dausertool.
I tried it and the problem I am running into is: Once the user is switched - no domains under his user show up and when I try to add a user/domain it claims I need to add an IP first.
The server is using a shared ip and the dausertool successfully changed him back to a user for the timebeing, inwhich he again has access to the websites.
Anyone have any ideas?
