Forward email trouble with Osticket

have a littel problem in DA
before , i used Cpanel , now used DA cool but not so easy )

Here i'm
I have a ticket program ,
Now i try to do with my email a forward to the program
[email protected] >>> |/domains/domain.com/public_html/cgi-bin/automail.pl ( like cpanel , there OK )
but error
Try again
[email protected] >>> /domains/domain.com/public_html/cgi-bin/automail.pl ( just a test )
but error , the error are the same
String contains an invalid email address: |/domains/domain.com/public_html/cgi-bin/automail.pl


So what can i do for that all thing worked...???

You need to setup the email forward up in DirectAdmin properly. Be sure to put quotes around your pipe or it won't work.

In otherwords, you can't just use cpanel stuff in directadmin
