Domains cannot be removed

I removed all users (excludes admin) and all domains of admin, but there are still 3 domains (Same as before). How can I remove them?
Where are these domains appearing and why can't you remove them? Error message, nothing happens etc.
If you have to do it manually, domain information is located in /etc/bind/
/usr/local/directadmin/data
/home/username/
/etc/virtual/
Just to name a few.
