Hello,
We're setting up a custom backup system and therefor have on each system the account "backup".
Loging in on the server which receives the backups with the user "backup" works without problems. But loging in on the DirectAdmin server with the user "backup" doesn't work.
I've removed it (tru ssh) and added it (tru ssh, again) several times.
Su'ing to the account, does work. But, as I said, ssh'ing to the account doesn't work at all.
When I try to log in from my MacOSX system with 'ssh -l backup server.name.ext' I get a password prompt. When I fill in the correct password (I'm sure it's correct), it gives me 'permission denied'.
I have no clue what could be wrong, so maybe someone on the forum knows what to do?
