    DA unable to restart services

Attempting to restart a service in DA comes up with the following (ProFTPd in this example): Shutting down proftpd: [ OK ] Starting proftpd: daemon: not found [ FAILED ] Any suggestions? Am I missing a link somewhere that's hardcoded? I can see daemon as /usr/sbin/daemon. Thanks in advance.

    Caveats upgrading to FreeBSD 5.x?

Due to a hard disk failure on one of our servers running FreeBSD 4.10, we're having a reinstall done (of 4.11) today. However, we're checking out the differences between 4.X and 5.X, and wondering what state DA is in for 5.X, as apparantly the new FreeBSD version is a hell of a lot better...

    User suspension (and reversability)

Suspending a user via the reseller control panel works, but the user can just unsuspend the domain themselves! As you can probably imagine, this is not a great solution to users who haven't paid their bills! Any ideas?

    CGI issues

I had a problem with one of my servers and customers which had me banging my head against the desk for a good 2 days. He was trying to install MovableType (a set of Perl CGI scripts), using a .htaccess for Options +ExecCGI and the correct chmod'd files. Whatever I did, I was getting Error 500's...

    Sendmail problem after upgrade

I upgraded FreeBSD to 4.10-RELEASE, and now all local mail scripts (e.g. website feedback forms etc) that point to a local mail account have a bounce error similar to the following going to the root user: I'm assuming it's something to do with the virtual host table or something being...
