hi thanks for the advice, unfortunately i flushed blocks to get back in and i'm assuming that clears the logs as it doesn't show. i thought i had whitelisted but looks like my isp has changed my ip so readded. thanks again!

Hi over the last 2-3 weeks csf is blocking my ip and locking me out. i can log in and flush the blocks on a different ip. i've been using this for years without this issue and have made no changes myself, so i'm unsure if anything has changed with it's config with an update that anyone knows...

hi i've just moved my server and therefore backed up and restored. i notice that under "ssl management" in Directadmin control panel it has 3 columns and one column says "auto ssl No". does this mean that the certificates won't be updated automatically? i've never had an issue with renewal...

Hi Richard, just an update. Microsoft have come back to me and implemented mitigation on my ip's. no inidcation as to why they were blacklisted but all good to go now. So a bit of a pain, but Microsoft are fairly responsive.

yes i got the default auto generated email initially, and then once i replied to that i got a real person who said they were escalating the issue up the line. so i will keep my fingers crossed. thanks again

Thanks richard that's very helpful. i've implemented that now, so no obvious issues at all that now i can see. as the ip addresses seem to be blacklisted at outlook (not sure if it's because they are new new or prior history) i've contacted them and they have escalated the issue so i shall wait...

i setup a new server and restored admin backups. there's been a holdup so i'm not switching dns yet. can i restore admin backups at a later date and it will overwrite what is currently on the new server such as email data?

hi i've got to upgrade from centos 6 to centos 8 and want to backup and restore as much as possible as easy as possible. is it best to do a system backup and restore and then a admin backup/restore or as i'm upgrading just a admin backup/restore?
