thank you. it seems everything has settled down and DNS is now showing good.
now i signed up for the junk mail program for outlook.com and input my IP's there and they are flagged... smfh
the latter 2 have never sent a single email out and the first one has been active with me now 5 days and...
i swear i'm gonna lose it today... it seems correct on godaddy and on the server itself.
i just moved my TTL's down to 450 for a few hours... let's see if something settles in shortly.

I was fixing those DNS issues yesterday and got a lot of them resolved and the intodns was coming back really clean. I adjusted RDNS and such.
Now this is beyond ODD. I went there this morning and it showed one of my DNS servers wasn't responding, now it's showing both aren't responding, yet...
sadly it still goes to spam filter. Level 3 UCE is still there, but we know that's more or less a garbage black list but people do pull off it. I think you more or less have to wait for the IP to do it's own thing and be removed.

that's some great info richard. I was trying to do multi server setup on DA but i'm having some issues there so i had DNS setup backwards. I have redone the name servers and it's now reflecting the correct name server etc.
upon doing the email test i am getting a 9/10 score, it's only crying...
Richard.
I'm sorry for the delayed response, my GF decided to take me out of town for the weekend and i had to avoid my phone.
They go to spam folder in my office 365 account and also on customers yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc. This email header is from a test they sent to me so i could review...
i've got one that i did some searching for here but likely not enough to find the cause. I have a few customers on my server and when they send emails from their outlook or phone the responses go to the spam folder of those who they have responded to.
I did encounter this one time on my server...
Thanks for the feedback so far. I don't like migrating from server to server so i want to insure i get the right OS from the get go and have a few years out of it. Currently my server is doing OK but it's now getting a bit funky and in some ways slowing down, i suspect it might be acting up...
as the title says i'm looking at upgrading my server from Cent OS7 to a new VM with a new OS.
I'm looking at another VPS server from another provider as Inmotion where i am currently at seems to be a bit slow from a network perspective. My OS Choices for the new provider are:
Ubuntu 20.04...
SSL needs to be enabled from the "package" they have you setup with OR your "account" modified to allow access to configuring a SSL. Once they make that change on their side you should see the ability to add a SSL to your website
I think i might have resolved the issue. inside custombuild i reinstalled PHP across the server and the domains that were having issues are now reflecting 7.4 being installed.
anyone have an idea why this happened?
I'm baffled here. My server has PHP 7.4.x installed on it as well as 7.3 and 7.2. I have checked a few websites on the back end (wordpress) and they are indeed running on 7.4.x but for SOME reason when we make the setting for 7.4 inside this one customer's account it goes to 7.2. If we change...
that's what this guy is saying as well, but i'm confident that he has something setup either on his phone or possibly one of the tablet's he let's his kids use... or even setup twice on a PC.
i really have no idea at all. He is a friend but i don't want to drive an hour each way to check it...
