Nope. No other firewall / service running which might be restricting the ports.
Recreating the issues is very simple. Just disable CSF and follow the steps.
Step number 6 (da build all) will fail.
I tried it on 3 servers and had this issue.

Letsscript SSL works fine on Windows 7 with Firefox latest version but not with Chrome 94x

Yes, people should stop using Windows 7 but I cannot force them to do so. There are 100s of clients. Practically, not possible. As an host, I can only recommend/suggest them but finally it is them, need to take action.
