Are there any people yet who use DA with FreeBSD7 in production? Did you encounter any issues during the installation? Did you use the custombuild script?

Does anybody else have problems with the fact that the FileManager is quite slow on FreeBSD 6.x? On Debian it's superfast.. but on FreeBSD it usually takes a few seconds to load.

I recenty upgraded some servers from 5.x to 6.x and now DA has trouble with detecting that services are running and as a result of that it constantly tries to restart services. Has anyone else had this problem or has any idea why this is happening?

Hi, I have a weird problem, sometimes tar and/or webalizer keeps running at nearly 100% cpu usage (so it doesn't stop when the process should be done, I have to kill it). Sometimes this starts with the nightly tally, sometimes it starts when some user makes a backup of his site. Anyone else...

Hi, Right now the FrontPage Extensions aren't working on FreeBSD 5.x I discovered how this problem can be fixed. Login as root (or use `su`) and use these commands: # cd /usr/lib # mv libc_r.so.4 libc_r.so.4.old # ln -s /usr/local/lib/compat/libc_r.so.4.compat4x libc_r.so.4 And you're done :)

Hey, I discovered that frontpage isn't working in FreeBSD 5.x: su-2.05b# /usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/bin/owsadm.exe /usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/lib/libc_r.so.4: Undefined symbol "_flockfile" I did install the 4.x compatibility package. Any idea what's wrong?

Hi, Wouldn't it be an idea for the DA developers to use sysctl instead of /proc ? There is a reason /proc if off now by default, sysctl is much much more secure.

Hi, I think it would be a nice feature if support would be added for a "DNS only" account. So you can let the user add domains and let him change his DNS records. (So no other services like webhosting/e-mail)
