My users almost never ask me anything except for mail settings, so in my Osticket system I created a FAQ for email settings, pop3 and imap with and without SSL and a little movie on how to create SSL certificates.

Yeah that would be a thing, LoL. Most of them they don't even remember how to get into directadmin. It's my service.
I setup the account for them, the required email adresses they want, enable SSL so not much left to do for them.
Ofcourse there are always exceptions present which can easily do things with the DA panel themselves.
