this is my site:

I am installing a WP demo theme called: dtdrycleaning

WHen I try to install the demo it fails it doesnt tell me why,

The theme comes witht his documation to help with the installation but that doesnt also help, I have also contacted them as well

Some theme in WP required more resource than standar configuration, here the solution u should try also instead that link
- set php config at php.ini in ur domain HTTPd config
* Max Execution time, commonly 60 ~ 120
* Max input vars, commonly 2000
* Php Memory limit, i use 256M
* Activate Imagick library for image process
* Php post max size, i use 64M

- Set WP-Config
* Wp-momory limit, i set 128M
* set Max Wp-memory limit, i set 256M

ALso its depend ur server resource, now i am use 2GB RAM

Also, make sure you check php.info and wordpress health, cek the server and wordpress constant on it

and here are my wp-config and .htaccess


then I added those lines into my htaccess and wt-config,

then imgae 5 takes a long time and then fails.

do you need more information?

some of these files are missing and I cant find them in my wordpress, I am also using a version of DirectAdmin and not Cpanel!

Please deactivate the LiteSpeed web server from cpanel (or) Please mail us cPanel login details (Admin username and Admin password)

Note : We have tried all the methods ( Unyson, XML, etc) we have to import the demo content. But we can’t import the demo content.

you should config php in php.ini not .htaccess

ANd make sure you rewrite conf after that

yes it fine, my DA installation also like that "Installed",
Try to get php.ini ini system info & file > file editor, chose the .ini file that same as active php in in your web, some thing there some php .ini files

I bought a domian + webhosting from this comonay gethosting and they gave my access to direct admin, I installed wordpress application thre and I want to work on my WP theme,
does that answer you question?
becasue I havent been able to do any work in 2 days what do I need to do?

Yes, You should ask your hosting about php.ini configuration to need ur theme,
Administrator privilege is needed for add it, i think...
Your hosting should happy to do that task or wait some one expert here for the exact answer
